Hi, today I want to share with you part of my lower body workout focused on quadriceps and this time my squats were not free squats but on the Smith machine, the truth is this machine is not one of my favorites, since I started doing my free squats and even my goblet squats I like more to train these two effective variants to work my quadriceps. However, I also like challenges and this particular machine in the gym has a counterweight that makes it more uncomfortable to work and therefore here the weight is more demanding at least for me, here stability is in the background because precisely being fixed and counterweighted if or if you must focus on maintaining a good technique and foot position to achieve optimal work of the muscle group worked.
