Our target was the famous Pacific Viewdeck and see the beautiful coastline from what is called the "Small Batanes of the North." I was with my wife and our friend Dandreb, when we arrived at the road, we began a short climb. Reaching the top was an instant reward with it was a breathtaking platform. Before us was the mighty Pacific Ocean stretch to the horizon with its deep blue surface. The view inland was also stunning—with range of lush, green mountains in the distance.
