Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing great 😁 I'm back with a quick running recap of my week. In total, I went for two runs. I also went for walks on my days off, and @genesisledger and I did a short strength training workout! I haven't gotten back to my training plan yet, so I was still running by feel. On Tuesday, I did the same route as last week. I ran about 3.9km, making short breaks, less than a minute each time, where I continued walking. This route is pretty good, as it combines road running with a bit of forest. But the end is really tough, with some hills. There's a section on the road that I find really long, especially when it's hot and sunny. I felt the session was difficult when I had to stop several times. I think it's because of last weekend, as we had a small get-together with friends and went to bed later than usual. To sum it up, I'd say it wasn't my best session.
