Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing great this Monday morning 😁 I'm back to share my running recap from last week. My goal is still to be able to run 5km non-stop by September, and a little before would be awesome. I restarted my training plan in week 3, since I'd already been running on my own for two weeks, without following it. As I mentioned last week, I've been trying to find my easy pace (the pace at which I'm supposed to be able to talk comfortably without getting out of breath), but I'm not really getting there yet; it's still very unclear to me. I think it must be around 9 minutes per kilometer. I've also tried breathing through my nose instead of my mouth, to actually be able to talk while running. But again, it's pretty difficult. I'm too used to breathing through my mouth and I can't seem to maintain a rhythm through my nose. I need to train on shorter runs. Otherwise, I ran three times this week. I started on Monday with an interval session: 4 minutes of running / 1 min
