Hello friends and runners! I hope you're all doing well today 😁 I'm back with my weekly running recap. I only managed two of the three runs I originally planned because we had other things to do over the weekend, and timing was tricky. On Tuesday, for the first run of the week, @genesisledger suggested we go for a run in the park in the next town over. It was a short loop of just under 1km. I did it twice, so I ran about 2km. We finished with a walk around the park. The weather was beautiful and quite warm, which was lovely. However, there are some pretty steep hills that break up the running rhythm. I'm a little disappointed I only ran 2 kilometers. But in itself, 2 km without stopping is already a great victory compared to my first running sessions. Then, on Thursday, for my second run of the week, I went back to my training plan. So I did: 5 minutes of running / 1 minute of walking, repeated 6 times. A good session, without too much difficulty.
