Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well 😁 Yesterday was Monday, and every Monday I try to share my weekly running recap! And it was a really good week for running, since I completed all three of my sessions. I still haven't started my 5km training, so I continued with my easy runs. This helps me maintain my fitness. I started the week on Tuesday with a typical run: I did the same route as usual: 4.10km without stopping. My average pace was 7:49/km (which is my easy pace). The session felt quite challenging; I almost stopped several times… Workouts after party weekends are the hardest, and yet, I don't drink alcohol. 😅 But anyway, I'm still pretty happy, because even when it was tough, I didn't give up! Then, I continued the week with a free run on Friday. @genesisledger and I went out together, starting with a 10-minute walk. Then, we split up to run on our own. I ran 3km without stopping. It was pretty good, although, since I hadn't brought my headphones, the time seemed to drag
