Happy new month needle workers.. How exciting it is to know that we are already rounding off the year as we have stepped into the last month in 2025. Every fashion designer will agree with me that, this is the busiest period as order keeps coming in ahead of the festive period. I made a Two-piece in black for one of my lovely and returning client. She added an award ceremony of her younger sibling. One thing I love about this client was her confidence. It's rare to see clients who are willing to rock a black on black fit. Let me take you through the process of this lovely outfit. Materials I needed to bring this design to reality are; Pattern paper Paper tape Tape measure Fabric 1 (liquid Mkiado) Fabric 2 (striped velvet) Airstay Zipper Disc (for embellishments) Starting off, I drafted the clients fit on a paper using her accurate body measurements. For the upper body, I used her hip circumference to get the block and then got her waist, bust , front length and back length. I also did
