ENGLISH Hello everyone, good morning. As a true coffee lover, and in my constant search for new brands and flavors, I'm also passionate about creating blends by adding other ingredients to ground coffee. In this case, it's most common to use spices, although I've also experimented with chocolate, vanilla, and even unrefined cane sugar and honey. This time, I wanted to combine my old blend of cinnamon and cloves with new spices, and I chose aniseed, which is the small anise seed used in some desserts. The result was an aromatic coffee with the special touch of anise that made it stronger. After that result, I wanted to try what the coffee would taste like with my usual additives, but with a new ingredient: red fruit tea. It was crazy to imagine the combination of cherry, anise, and cinnamon, and I wasn't wrong; the smooth, sweet flavor doesn't even need any added sugar.
