In 2011, Russia and China failed to use their veto power for a US-led NATO-sponsored resolution regarding Libya at the United Nations Security Council, the resolution which paved the way for NATO to bombed Libya from the pride independent sovereign jewel of Africa to a primitive failed state under the real owners of the countries in the NATO 'defensive' alliance.
