Today was leg day at the gym. I only do it once a week because I don’t like it. But it’s necessary, and I’m pushing myself there as I do with all exercises these days. Today I completed the whole round with an extra 10lb on every machine. Which was noticeable in my pulse, it was hard to have it calm down. I still don’t do enough breaks between the sets. For a while, I used @snapie to mitigate that. Answering one snap per break. Something like that. But these days, I’m trying to to help Danny as much as I can, so I rather push through quick and then get to my tasks of the day. Which I did, and I accomplished a lot of them. Had the extinguishers checked and reset, paid for the annual permit, made a sign for him that points out what is restaurant and what is the store, installed both the manual bell as well as the movement sensor bell for him so people can ring when the door is closed, and when the door is open they notice when someone walks in. I also installed security and anti-slip str
