Looking around various feeds and even my own personal social media on the rare moments that I bother to look at it I see that something that conservatives are all up in arms for in their latest manufactured outrage is that Mamdani, someone that I probably never would have heard about if it hadn't been made a big deal of, has been elected the mayor of New York City. He is Muslim and a lot of people have been complaining that he is a socialist which of course gets turned into communist by people with political blinders on.
