INGLÉS During our vacation trip to Monagas State, in addition to visiting Bolívar and Rómulo Gallegos Squares, the Ateneo, and the House of Culture, among other sites, we stopped at the intersection, which leads to several towns in Monagas State, such as Punta de Mata, El Tejero, Santa Bárbara, and Aguasay. El Tejero is located on the road to Puerto la Cruz. In previous years, this highway did not have the monuments it has today, and they also installed signs displaying the city’s name. on each of which you can see the economic activities carried out in the region, such as oil extraction, agriculture, livestock, services, and more. It is a small city in terms of population, but it has the basic services to meet the needs of its residents. At the intersection, you can also see the statue of Our Lady of the Valley, considered the patron saint of the East.
