This past week, here at Brasa it was Easter week and today to close it is Good Friday, a national holiday where as long as I can remember it is the day that you cannot eat red meat (my mother and grandparents said that it was a sin or something like that), and because of the holiday it was a very busy but very rainy week, it rained almost every day here and thank God the weather is no longer with that 40° degree heat but it hasn't been to skate because of the rain, but even so we are in that huge rush building and seeking to improve our community and at the same time structuring ourselves for the great times that are to come.
