I Have swam in all the Great Lakes at this point. The only ones I had left were Lake Ontario and Lake Huron. Everyone pretty much told me that Ontario is the dirtiest of the Great Lakes. That was accurate. I honesty didn't want to do it. Lake Huron was a lot cleaner. A lot of people don't realize there are a couple really nice beach scenes in Ontario. They have the longest fresh water beach and the second longest fresh water beach in North America from what I understand. You can get to all the Great Lakes from the United States but can't really get to Lake Michigan without crossing into the United States. I swam in Ontario and Huron and Erie from Canada but did Superior and Michigan and also swam in Erie from the American side. The Great Lakes are amazing! They sre like inland seas.
