And now, that the housing market seems on the edge of a huge downturn, Black Rock is keeping the people who invested in REITs from running for the door. They have barred the people in. Worse is that Black Rock isn't ceasing their plans to purchases all the homes, they are waiting for prices to drop so they can scoop them all up. Meaning, that soon, according to their plans, all the houses will be owned by them, and you, dear reader, will have no other option than to pay rent to them.
