I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life... Sunday was an ok day starting out by joining a morning 10 o'clock Hot Yoga Class which was quite though but at the same time super satisfying. I walked home afterward to eat some food keeping it healthy. I prepared for the early evening football matches who all were played at the same time and took a short nap before they started. The matches themselves didn't fully play out how I needed them to book a relatively limited loss. Afterward I headed out for an evening walk to reach my 100k weekly steps goal now getting it 2 weeks in a row. https://images.
