Tuesday was an active fun, healthy eating, & Social day as I first went to go swimming again where I turned out to do an enjoyable 1.6km in abour 1 Hour time, I afterwards went to my parents place, spend some time with my mom while eating some tempeh. After that with the weather very nice, I went on a long 2 Hour+ Walk with our dog. This got me just shy of 20k steps on the day.
