I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life... Thursday turned out into a totally wasted day where I procrastinated some more and allowed myself to eat unhealthy. I also had little to no productivity and next to no activity spending the day mostly on my coach in front of my tv and laptop. I do need to change sooner than later and will attempt a water fasting 2-days on Saturday and Sunday and fully get going with work outs again starting on Monday where I have 6 full weeks left before going on vacation which should be enough to get myself in the best state still which is the ultimate go
