I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life... Friday was a family day with another long enjoyable 3-hour+ dog walk which this time was less exhausing as the weather was a bit cooler. I do feel that the route we are doing right now is the best combination of all the different ones I have taken in the past years. At 3-hours currently to do it at a relatively slow pace allowing our dog to sniff everywhere she wants while taking 3 small breaks, it also just feels perfect and I hope to do it many more times going forward.
