I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life... Saturday wasn't anything special as I mostly spend it watching the football matches with an eye also on the betting markets. I one again failed to eat clean but feel that Sunday might very well be the day where I turn that around again fully as monday marks just 6 weeks before going on my Thailand travel. My weight is also reaching a peak again closer to the maximum where I never want to get over again so it's time to get going there also.
