I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life... Last week turned out to be another procrastination week with now with just 6 more weeks to go before I travel for 2 months to Thialand, I'm ready to start getting myself in the best form again. I'm taking it 1 week at a time though and I'm setting myself some basic goals for the coming 7 days to build on that afterward... Goal 1 = 100k steps Walking always works for me and 100k steps in a week which equals just over 2 hours of walking daily is something that helps to get me going.
