While the labour union of different companies is in a dilemma about what to do. Some are using the situation to make strategic business moves and cash out quickly. At The Office Right now, some companies have reverted to working from home, some have chosen the hybrid option, while others are still insisting on full on-site work. This has torn some unions and management apart, while others are unitedly pushing for humane decisions that are changing the workplace and making it more comfortable and interesting to navigate.
