Here is a bit more from that chat I had with a coworker regarding video games in general—not so much about Holozing specifically, but rather a discussion about a combat system that could compete with Pokémon while being something much more unique. We went over a lot of games (including old ones—pay attention here like MEGAMAN, so here goes... If Holozing truly wants to stand out, its combat cannot simply be a copy of what already exists.
