I was reading a post and it has written a very good thing about the workload management. What it said is that, elephant is so big you cannot it all at once. Now if you have to eat it, you have to cut it down in smaller pieces which you can eat every single day. And at say 1 year or 2 years you can completely eat the elephant. This is just a analogy, no one eats elephant I guess. PC: Pixabay.com Now same thing can be applied for workload management too. Say you have to build a website, you cannot build it all at once right. You brake it down to smaller tasks and complete them one by one and then your whole website gets completed. Similarly if you have to study a 100 pages book, you will start studying one page a day and then in 100 days whole book will be completed. So in simple terms we have to reduce the bigger tasks into smaller tasks so that it can be achievable. In software terms we call it agile methodology. In agile we try to break the big projects into smaller milestones and the
