Hey Hive, Liketu, and Skatehive fam! Today I’m stoked to share some fun and meaningful moments from a very special skate session—this time, it was my girlfriend’s turn to step onto the board. We’re in the early stages of her skateboarding journey, and teaching her (or at least trying to!) has been a blast. We even rode together on the same board—maybe this will finally convince her to get her own little deck soon 😄 To make things smoother for her, we headed out much earlier than usual—around 11:00 AM—to catch the skatepark empty. She’s still a bit shy about skating with a crowd, especially when kids are running around nearby. And wow, the vibe was totally different. We missed the energy of our fellow skater friends (you know how it is in Venezuela—always good vibes), but the upside was clear: we got some awesome photos of the park.
