He came to shred with me in San Cristóbal—shared history, shared asphalt. That moment brought the vibe of past summers right back. Then there’s the photo of me skating the university steps, taken around 2004 or 2005. Cell phones in Venezuela couldn’t capture action properly back then, so digital cameras were our treasure troves. The university spot was tough to keep consistent, but each session had its fire. Next, a printed relic from around 2002: a 50grind on a bench we rebuilt with soda crates after troublemakers had smashed it. That DIY spirit has always run deep in our scene.
