It was the 'steady long run' of the week, and as the weather was gorgeous, I decided to finally dig out my little 360x3 camera, and take it out for a spin. I bought it a couple of years ago, but it's taken a little while to get used to it. To be fair, filming AND running at the same time seems to take such a lot of concentration, that it usually makes me not enjoy the actual run itself and thats a real shame, as I thoroughly enjoy going out for a run! There's a couple of events which I have lined up for later this year, and I'd really like to have a go at filming them, so I think I just need to knuckle-down and get practicing again! In the past I've struggled with sound , as the tiny microphones don't pick up my talking very well. The camera is a 360 camera, and also has various modes to select, and I keep getting muddled over which mode/setting I should use for eac
