Another day on the upper edge of acute load. Since I moved my workouts up a bit, and it seemed like I could squeeze in another high aerobic workout, I did. An hour ride. ,Half of it on the edge of the threshold with a few fierce sprints deep into zone 6, and the other half hour on the edge of threshold of zone two with the same explosive sprints every three minutes. Who would have thought that I would sweat beyond expected. I left a puddle of sweat under the trainer. Nice day, and for tomorrow - some recovery... I hope so 🤣 Ps.
