The sun has come out again, and that means another new hike and new beer for #BeerSaturday! Bon Chef - Two Chefs Brewing The first beer could already be opened halfway through the hike. This one comes from the Netherlands: Bon Chef by Two Chefs Brewing. A small independent brewery from Amsterdam that grew out of two chefs who, besides cooking, also did some homebrewing. They quit their jobs and went all in. Bon Chef is part of their Core Range and is a pleasantly drinkable NEIPA. It is fruity and fresh, with just a tiny bit of bitterness and very little grassiness.
