Yoyoyo Runners !!! As mentioned in the title, this week will be lighter in terms of mileage, with a bit more focus on speed, since there are 26 days left until the 5K race Iโll be competing in. ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅ As you can see, the smile never leaves my face as I canโt wait to get started with my workout. ๐๐โโ๏ธ It was actually pretty funny โ with the strong wind blowing, the water from the automatic sprinklers was spraying everyone running on the track.
