MIX Contrasts and Moments. Today I have selected a series of photos related to high contrast, not all of them but most of them, or those that I consider to have that contrast of light and shadow. In addition to capturing these scenes with this type of lighting, I made some small adjustments in editing to give them a more intense touch by raising the levels of lighting, shadows, whites, and blacks in some of these shots. So, we can start with one of the corners of the famous and fascinating Colón Theater, which, although it doesn't quite fit the title, is a shot that I really liked because of the architecture, the human element in the frame, the angle, and the somewhat dramatic sky. Ibis Hotel... I think this was the most symmetrical shot I was able to capture at that time; that diagonal line and the windows form a rather interesting composition, at least for me.
