Capturing moments in the San Nicolás neighborhood of Buenos Aires is always a good idea. This is possible to achieve at any time of day, but I think that when you get edges of light, at sunset or sunrise it is much more significant. You can achieve scenes with softer lighting, although if you use hard light it can be attractive if that light creates areas on the pavement. The iconic obelisk is one of those details that you always have to photograph; it's impossible to leave it out, and you always get different and interesting compositions. Perhaps you could get some of these bike delivery guys and create a nice composition with the buildings of the courts or schools with classical architecture in the background. The downtown area of Buenos Aires, the obelisk, and the San Nicolás neighborhood itself have a lot of variation in terms of the urban landscape.
