Today's walk was one of those that seem ordinary… but stay with you a bit longer. I went to the park to get some fresh air and move a little. The pace was easy no pressure, more for the mind than for the result. The trees were gently swaying in the wind, and the sun kept peeking through the branches. And then I saw her. A small red squirrel that completely stole the moment. At first, she watched me from a distance, then came a bit closer, as if checking whether I had something for her in my pocket. For a brief moment, we looked at each other like two walkers sharing the same path. Little encounters like this remind me to slow down.
