Been a while since my last post or Actifit, I want to try get back into posting. Life has been a lot of ups and downs again recently and when you don’t have the motivation to post it’s almost pointless. My fitness has been going well still, trying to stay consistent as possible and slowly increase my daily burn, waking up and going gym around 5:30am so I manage decent time exercising daily.
