Another great fitness day, burned all my calories. Achieved the 20K steps I wanted and hit all my protein goals. I would like to swap out some walking cardio for rowing in the coming weeks, but right now I don’t think I have the energy for rowing. 😅 it is a damn good exercise though. But the casual slow walking while I watch netflix at the gym is nice for the 45 minutes I tend to walk for. This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS).
