When teaching in school, it can be difficult at times to see the bigger picture for the tireless work we put in day in and day out. But I enjoy thinking of this random graffiti on the sidewalk on my daily walk to school. My students have so many things going on at home that it is valuable to remember the unique potential each of my scholars has. It is what gets me up in the morning. It's what keeps me motivated to stack those steps, busting my tail up and down our 4 flights of stairs several times a day! Definitely making an impact and moving up the steps chart!
