Going for second option can be as a result of impatient on some people, but for me i go for the big and beautiful house, i will wait for the repair and remodeling to take place Since i will buy it in a lower price, i will still have change to repair and bring the house to a model of my choice, so instead of going for the small, not beautiful as the previous, price higher i will rather go for the big and beautiful house Not long ago hubby wanted to buy a building on a good site with space, after contacted agents and people he knows in case they come across such building for sale, you know how agents do things for their own interests first, trying to convince and push you against your choice by showing you another house outside what you told them earlier On the process two houses came out and we went to check and getting there one was just stone a throw to the other, both on the main road, good a thing then going inside the buildings one is a duplex, very beautiful, still new, no parking
