English Hello to the whole community. A few months ago, I was in Alamar (Habana del Este, Cuba) and I noticed a mural painted on the ground floor of a building. The landscape they painted really stands out because of its vibrant colors. It has such a natural visual narrative that it feels relaxing just to sit in the community park and look at it. This mural was created in 2024 by an artist whose name remains unknown, though he was hired by a former neighbor to bring some life to the neighborhood. I think it’s a beautiful, natural, and very human work of art. This type of urban art brings a sense of freshness to public spaces, telling stories and conveying human values and a connection with nature. I believe that, just as there should be more trees, there should also be more educational street art in every corner of the city. Español Hola a toda la comunidad.
