_ I am finding it increasingly hard to focus on the smaller things (like I used to do) with all of the changes in my life. It is funny, we always hear about people looking at their hero figures, envying them, but you always hear the same story when those who envied their heros reaching that level. The grass is always greener on the other side. But this is is not always bad. Change always feels worse than it really is. And that was when this small Cape Canary flew down in front of me, collecting various small debry for its home... _ It is a classic exercise in ancient Greek philosophy. Think about your life from above, in space, your world and all of its worries look so small. Think about your own death, and realise what you have. These exercises try to show one thing: your worries is so small, so why worry about them?
