Greetings of the day, Yesterday my day started early in the morning. I woke up on time and first I completed my basic hygiene activities like brushing teeth and taking bath. After that I decided to go for running. Morning running is very helpful for physical health and it improves stamina and breathing capacity. The weather was also good and fresh air helped me to feel active. While running I observed surroundings like road condition, traffic movement and open environment which also gives good mental relaxation. After completing running, I came back home and took some rest. Morning routine always gives positive start to whole day. Later in the afternoon, I went with my friend because he was planning to buy a car. He asked me to come with him so I joined him. We visited the place and checked the vehicle condition.
