I was up in time yesterday morning to get to watch the Paris-Roubaix race and wow, no wonder it is called the hell of the north. Those cobbles look like shit to ride on. Many popped tires, crashes, and bike swaps happened. As the light began to increase the fog was hanging heavy outside. One hell of a finish to the race saw Pogacar get beat in the velodrome by a bike length. After 158 miles of riding it came down to that. The boys had their Jr. Bloomsday run we took them to. An hour of driving for 8 minutes of running the mile course. That is R in the lead of the group as he bolted off the start. J was not far behind him but eventually passed him. J got a 7:36 mile and is the fastest Fleming again this year to run it. R is the second fastest Fleming. He was a bit worked from the effort as he sprinted part of it.
