I am a Service Technician for HP and Lenovo and somtimes I have to repair a Printer. And I have to admit that Printers are probably one of the more challenging products to repair. So many differen screws, small connectores, moving parts, gearwheels and so on and so many different parts that can be damaged or failing. Whenever I have a printer ticket I always have a little bit of stomach ache since I often don't know what exactly is awaiting me. But when I am sucessful in repairing the printer it is a lot more satisfying since you know all the effort was worth it. But sometimes it is not possible to repair it since it is sometimes difficult to identify the failing part and replace it or sometimes a part is so difficult to exchange because it is very inaccessible. This can happen easier on smaller printers than on the big ones since the smaller printers are built very compact and parts can be inacessible pretty easy there. Replacing the ITB of an HP Printer.
