(I took this photo while landing in Bangkok. It's crazy that more than a whole month has passed since then. Time flies by way too fast.) Hi Actifitters, after another day of rest, my values have continued to raise. While they're still far from good, at least they're moving in the right direction. My training readiness is no longer in the red zone, but at 41, it's at least in the orange range. My sleep score of 78 was comparable to the previous night. My body battery level is currently at 31, which isn't a good value considering the day has only just begun. A bit more recovery is definitely needed. Nevertheless, I'll do some light training today, albeit at a very low intensity. Whether I'll go for a relaxed bike ride or perhaps just do an hour of core stability and stretching, I'm not sure yet.
