For some reason, that wasn't possible. At least not at my usual pace. I rode for about 48 minutes at what felt like a moderate intensity, but I couldn't keep my average heart rate below 133 beats per minute. My maximum heart rate was even 155 beats per minute. Unless my chest strap is broken, it must be something to do with me. That would mean that something in my body isn't quite back to normal yet. I'll keep at it and monitor the situation.
