For the most part, the taggers and street artists in Da Nang are pretty polite, or if they are not that they are scared enough of getting busted that they don't do their craft on land that they are not allowed to... FOR THE MOST PART. now, this new one I found the other day is on a plot of land where they rapidly tore down the old structure and then just left an abandoned plot of land. I never really understand this practice. I know a guy that had a barber on this land and he was given 12 hours notice to get out. Then they began demo on the land the following day. Then proceeded to do absolutely nothing with the land for half a year. What's with the urgency? Well as is often the case the abandoned trash dump of land ended up getting things sprayed on it, most of which are guys selling weed on Telegram and some phone number that apparently was a call girl service.
