If a leader doesn't convey passion and intensity then there will be no passion and intensity within the organization and they'll start to fall down and get depressed. Colin Powell (Fmr US Secretary of State) - Take a look at the intensity in this chaps' face, he must really care about where his artillery shells land I guess, to effectively kill his enemy and ensure there's no collateral damage, like any decent artilleryman should. But that face - Sheer determination, and intensity of focus. Good on him! I built this Sluban artillery piece today (Sluban is a Lego copy that makes military sets because Lego won't do it.) Anyway, when I saw the look on the figures' face it reminded me of intense focus, determination and a strong will to succeed...it reminded me of myself and many others I've come across in my life. Determined, go-getters. I've been that way in my personal life and certainly in my professional life where the level of focus meant as much to me as it did to others; as a leade
