Yesterday night, after my team, Arsenal, lost the Carabao Cup final to Manchester City in a 2-0 defeat. An argument started in a group of friends that I belong to, but I kept quiet. Meanwhile, I was feeling the heat inside of me because everything was loud. I wanted to say a lot of things about my team to defend us, but I was just reading the group's heated argument at intervals because before I later saw that the people arguing were Chelsea and Manchester United fans. So I just left them because my presence or making the mistake of dropping any comment can turn the argument into a long one, which I was avoiding. So, at that moment, I learned to be composed and keep it all to myself by staying quiet even though I had a lot of things playing in my head. What I did wasn't really healthy anyway because it was just football banter between my guys.
