After taking a few days off to let my back recover, I'm back with this new drawing! I'd like to present a new piece of figure drawing in ink. I am absolutely in love with the final finish these types of drawings have, especially when painting the background black to further enhance the details of the drawing. This figure drawing captures a moment of intimacy and movement. I imagined the girl during a photoshoot, posing in a way that accentuates her body shape. I aimed for the liquid ink pens and markers to maximize the contrast and depth of the scene. The intense black background, which creates the effect known as the "infinity cove" (or sin fin) in photography, not only frames the figure but also greatly enhances the highlights and volumes of the body, making the skin and the fabric of the swimsuit appear to shine through the simple absence of color.
