Back in July, I had to drive to Eastern Estonia, and on my way, I decided to make a quick stop to see some places I had not seen yet. When I'm going to a bog in the Eastern part of the country, then this can't be the only purpose of this trip. It doesn't make much sense to drive that long to only take a walk in the bog. So since I had to go east anyway, it was a good idea to try and fit more places in my trip. So this is a Tudu bog, as I said already, in eastern Estonia. Not far from Lake Peipus. Now I could cross yet another bog off my list that I had not seen yet, and there are not that many left. The trail to the bog lake(the end point) starts as a wooden path, like most of our bog trails, because you can't really walk on the boggy landscape without an elevated trail.
