It's late October, yet the weather remains warm enough for a paddle, prompting us to seize the day! The highlight of our trip was uncovering a hidden cave not far from the famous Blue Cave. This cave has a very low entrance, accessible only when the sea is utterly calm, as it was on Saturday. Upon entering, we were met with pitch darkness; the only hint of the cave's size came from the echoing sounds of our paddles. https://youtu.be/96MnOjQLl_M We ventured deeper, navigating by sound alone for about 50 meters, until the gentle burbling of water signaled we had reached an internal beach. I retrieved my phone from the drypack to use it as a torch. The light revealed the true expanse of the cave. The seabed, a mesmerizing landscape of large, rounded stones interspersed with patches of sand, lay before us, utterly beautiful. The video was captured using the Insta360 X4, though using the diving case above water most of the time did compromise the footage quality quite a bit.
